Global Director, Digital Marketing at Aircall

Joe Reid's work experience includes a variety of roles in digital marketing. Joe started their career at SiliconCloud, where they worked as a Marketing Associate and later became a Digital Marketing Manager. At SiliconCloud, they focused on creating online strategies for B2B clients and working with the team to meet deliverables and KPIs.

Joe then moved on to Salesforce, where they held several positions such as Online Marketing Specialist (UK), Inbound & SEO Marketing Manager EMEA, SEO & Audience Acquisition Manager, Senior Digital Strategist, and Manager, Global Digital Enablement. In these roles, Joe was responsible for various digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, display, and paid social. Joe also played a key role in developing website governance, experimentation and testing, optimization, and enablement programs.

In 2020, Joe co-founded Against The Tide Apparel, a sustainable fashion brand focused on raising environmental awareness and promoting wellness benefits.

Most recently, Joe joined Aircall as the Global Director of Digital Marketing in 2023.

Joe Reid completed their Bachelor of Business (Hons) degree in Entrepreneurship & Management from Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology, which they attended from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained their Leaving Certificate from St Laurence College, where they studied from 2001 to 2007. Additional certifications include the Google Ads Search Certification, UX Foundation Training from UXTraining.com, Advanced Display and Advanced Search certifications from Google, and Introductory Certification and Search Certification from Marin Software.
