Kristen has extensive work experience in the field of customer marketing and strategy. Kristen currently holds a role as a member at Pavilion, which they started in 2023. Prior to that, Kristen worked as the Global Director of Customer Marketing at Aircall, starting in April 2023. Kristen also worked as a member at Reforge, starting in March 2023. Kristen has experience as a Customer Marketing & GTM Strategy Consultant from 2020 onwards. Before that, they held the position of VP of Marketing at Laudable (YC S21), from August 2022 to April 2023. Kristen also worked at Hopin as the Sr. Director of Corporate Marketing and later as the Director of Customer/Partner Marketing & Community. Kristen started at Hopin in 2021 and left in August 2022.
