Elspeth Jeffery

Elspeth Jeffery is an experienced professional in diversity and inclusion with current roles as a Diversity and Inclusion Senior Specialist at Airservices Australia since July 2021 and as a member of both the Diversity Practitioners Association and the Australian HR Institute since 2016 and 2013, respectively. Previously, Elspeth served as a Program Manager for Diversity and Inclusion at the Australian Mines and Metals Association from May 2012 until July 2021, and held solicitor positions at the Queensland Floods Commission of Inquiry and Legal Aid Queensland. Elspeth began a legal career as a Judge's Associate at the District Court of Queensland. Academically, Elspeth holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) (Hons) and Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Griffith University, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from Queensland University of Technology, and a Graduate Diploma in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of New England.
