Sarah Davis was appointed as acting Chief People & Culture Officer with Airservices Australia in February 2023 where she is responsible for the organisations people & culture strategy and transformation, talent, diversity & inclusion, leadership development, organisational effectiveness, functional training (initial and on-going training), Industrial Relations and group remuneration & benefits.

Sarah is a senior Learning & Development Leader with proven experience across a broad range of Service industry including Aviation, Banking/Finance and Retail. Sarah has over 15 years people leadership and L&D experience with a track record of delivering strategic change and sustained, measurable business advantage. As a pivotal member of the senior leadership team, Sarah works to identify and build the Learning & Development Strategy to deliver the critical competencies and capabilities to take an organisation forward.
