Amit Kapur

Amit Kapur has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Amit currently holds the role of Chief Commercial Officer at Airtel Uganda since July 2018. Prior to this, they served as the Business Head for Karnataka at Vodafone from January 2016 to June 2018. Before that, they held various positions at PepsiCo, including Director of Modern Trade & Premium GTM, Sales Director Organised Trade, and Sales Director for the South & West regions from October 2012 to December 2015. Amit also worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Britannia Industries Limited from July 2010 to September 2012. Amit began their career at Coca-Cola India Incorporated, where they served as a Senior Brand Manager for Thums Up and later as a Senior Manager for Knowledge & Insights. Amit also worked at Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Manager of Channel Marketing and at Agro Tech Foods Limited as a Senior Brand Manager. Amit started their professional journey as an Area Sales Executive and Management Trainee at Blow Plast Ltd. Overall, Amit Kapur has gained extensive experience in sales, marketing, and management roles throughout their career.

Amit Kapur attended Rajdhani College / Delhi University from 1993 to 1997, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Physics. Subsequently, from 1997 to 1999, they enrolled in the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, but the degree and field of study are unspecified.
