Barbara Ekudot Mukiibi

Barbara Ekudot Mukiibi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in corporate sales and customer relationship management. At Airtel Uganda, serving as Corporate Key Account Manager since December 2018, Barbara achieved an 80% increase in the Corporate Account base within the first quarter and received recognition as the top Sales Manager for two consecutive years. In a previous role as Head of Corporate and Government Sales (Ag), Barbara led the corporate team in customer acquisition and retention, aligning efforts with business objectives. Prior experience includes managing high-value customer relationships at Airtel Uganda, providing HIV/AIDS counseling at Excellence and Friends Management Consults, and supervising a call center at Warid Telecom. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Management Studies specializing in Project Management, along with several post-graduate qualifications and a Bachelor's degree in Development Studies from Makerere University.
