Monica Amanya

Monica Amanya is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in merchant acquisition and customer relationship management. At Airtel Uganda since April 2019, Monica has held various leadership roles, including Merchant Acquisition Manager for Lead Petroleum and Gas, Manager for Key Accounts/Value Chain, and Acting Head of Merchant Portfolio. Prior to this, Monica worked at Uganda Breweries Limited as a Customer Relationship Representative and at Century Bottling Company Ltd as a Route Sales Representative. Monica holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, and a bachelor's degree from Makerere University.
