Akash Ranka

Akash Ranka is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales, strategy, and investment. Currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Sales for South East Asia and South Asia at Airwallex since January 2022, Akash leads strategic account sales and business development. Previous roles include directing revenue strategy initiatives and managing enterprise revenue operations across Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, and Australia and New Zealand at Airwallex, as well as consulting at Boston Consulting Group. In addition to consulting, Akash is a private investor in several tech startups, including notable companies such as SpaceX. Akash’s career also includes significant roles at Citi, Barclays Investment Bank, Credit Suisse, and Apple Inc., along with early leadership experience at Start-Up@Singapore. Akash holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
