Pritesh Mistry has a diverse work experience history that spans over several industries and roles. Pritesh began their career as a Design Engineer at Kirklees Metropolitan Council in 1995. Pritesh then moved on to work as a Design Engineer at Mott MacDonald, where they were responsible for monitoring and reporting progress on various engineering projects. In 1999, they joined Optiroc ExClay Limited (now Leca) as a Project Engineer, providing technical sales support and design solutions to civil engineering consultants and contractors.

In 2001, Pritesh joined Hilti Group, where they held multiple positions over the course of their employment. Pritesh started as a Project Engineer, identifying and developing technical support approaches for engineering consultancies and contractors in London. Pritesh was then promoted to an International Energy Developer, focusing on securing specifications and sales of Hilti systems for global energy projects. Their final role at Hilti was that of a Project Manager, where they managed large-scale energy projects in the North of England and built key relationships with EPC contractors.

From 2014 to 2019, Pritesh worked at nVent, first as a National Sales Manager for the UK & Ireland, where they managed a team of Sales Engineers and focused on driving sales and profitability. Pritesh was then promoted to European Sales Manager, where they oversaw a team of Sales Managers and Sales Engineers across the EMEA region.

Most recently, Pritesh joined AIS in 2020 as the Global Head of Sales. In this position, they manage the ContraFlex® brand and oversees its manufacturing facilities worldwide. Pritesh is responsible for sales, technical support, and maintenance, with a focus on a wide range of applications across different markets.

Pritesh Mistry completed their education with an MEng (Hons) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Portsmouth in the years 1992-1998. Prior to that, they obtained A Levels from Richard Taunton Sixth Form College during 1990-1992. Their secondary education took place at Bitterne Park Secondary School from 1986 to 1990, where they completed their GCSEs.
