Tahseen Malik

Tahseen Malik has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Currently, they work as the Director of Diversity, Culture, and Performance at Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Bridgewater Consulting as a Principal in Organizational Change Management for four years. Their responsibilities included facilitating operational readiness, business development, and consulting with leaders and executives to achieve strategic initiatives. Tahseen also worked as a Principal at Ice Road Investors, where they raised funding for a private equity business and implemented leadership and managerial effectiveness programs. Tahseen served as the Change Management Leader at Jacobs, responsible for strategic direction, training, and change management. Additionally, Tahseen worked at Deloitte as an Organizational Transformation & Talent Manager, CGI as a Transformation, Change & Transition Senior Specialist, and California State University Bakersfield as a Project Director. Tahseen started their career at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting as a Business Solutions Manager, where they consulted with corporate clients and designed training programs for major companies.

Tahseen Malik holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources & Business Strategy from the University of Ottawa. They also have a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biochemistry from the same university. Additionally, Tahseen has obtained several certifications, including Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace from Coursera in July 2021, Prosci Change Management Certificate from Prosci in October 2016, and Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in August 2018.
