Anwer Al-Said, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Anwer is currently the Head of the Service Department at AJM KOOHEJI GROUP B.S.C (C), where they are responsible for leading a department that offers a wide range of products and services to customers, businesses, and government sectors.

Prior to their current role, Anwer worked at Samsung Electronics Levant for 10 years, starting as a Level 1&2 Engineer and progressing to become a Strategy Planning and Customer Experience Manager. In this position, they were responsible for strategic planning, marketing, customer experience, and call center management across multiple countries.

Anwer also gained experience at United Electronics Co. as a Photo Video Engineer, at Circuit Factory - Nokia as a Level 3&4 Engineer, and at Golden Mobile as a Level 1&2 Engineer.

Throughout their career, Anwer has demonstrated skills in business development, financial planning, marketing, service operation, customer satisfaction, and team management. Anwer holds an MBA degree, further highlighting their commitment to professional development.

Anwer Al-Said, MBA, began their education at Yarmouk University Model School from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained their High School degree. Anwer then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communications Engineering at Jordan University of Science and Technology from 2002 to 2007.

In 2015, Anwer Al-Said obtained two additional certifications: the Global Service Academy Certificate from Samsung Electronics and the Certified Business Management Analyst from the American Institute for Business Management and Communication.

Later, from 2016 to 2018, Anwer Al-Said attended Heriot-Watt University, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.
