Ritu Sinha

Ritu Sinha has worked in various companies and held different roles in the field of Human Resources. Ritu is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Akasa Air since February 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of AVP Human Resources at Vistara - TATA SIA Airlines Ltd. from July 2021 to January 2022, and as DGM HR from April 2016 to July 2021. Before that, they worked as the Senior Manager HR at InterGlobe Aviation Ltd (\"IndiGo\") from August 2007 to March 2016, and as an Assistant Manager HR at Reliance Industries Ltd from July 2005 to July 2007.

Ritu Sinha completed an MBA in HR from Symbiosis (SCMHRD), Pune from 2003 to 2005. In 2018, they obtained a Certification in Advanced Image Consultancy and Executive Presence from the London Image Institute. Ritu Sinha also has additional certifications in Compensation and Benefits from Aon Hewitt and Hogan Assessment Certification from ThreeFish Consulting India.
