Purvi Mazumdar

Purvi Mazumdar has over 19 years of work experience in Human Resources. Purvi began their career as a Human Resources Executive at Azure Knowledge Corporation in 2001. Purvi then worked as a Human Resources Executive at Avani Cimcon Technologies Limited and Gateway TechnoLabs Pvt. Ltd. (Gateway Group of Companies) in 2004. In 2006, they joined Astegic as a Senior Manager - HR & Operations, where they were responsible for directing HR operations for all employees and contractors in the US and overseas with five direct reports. Purvi was involved in the recruitment process and designed benefit plans in collaboration with CEOs for three companies over 11 years. In 2013, they moved to CircleBack, Inc. as a Senior Manager - HR & Operations (Consultant). In 2018, they joined SalesIntel.io as a Senior Manager - HR & Operations (Consultant), where they oversaw HR operations to facilitate 30 employees and over 100 contractors within two years. Purvi was instrumental in improving employee onboarding, benefits plan management, and payroll, and recruited, coached, and mentored new team members in HR and accounting functions. In 2020, they joined Ready Education as a Senior Manager - HR & Operations (Consultant). Formerly known as DubLabs LLC, they were responsible for directing overall HR, administrative, finance, and legal functions from inception to end. Purvi also collaborated with CEO and senior administration groups to scale the activities and guide the organization through an effective merger in 2018. Purvi also joined Akytech Consulting LLC in 2020 as Director - Human Resources.

Purvi Mazumdar obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from L. D. Arts College between 1995 and 1998. In 2020, they earned the certification "Become an HR Business Partner" from LinkedIn in July and "Exercising Leadership: Foundational Principles" from HarvardX in October.
