André Abreu is currently the CEO and co-founder of Alaya, a social enterprise that connects companies with amazing non-profit organisations through a digital platform. Prior to this, they were the founder and CEO of Hope it up, a social enterprise that helps companies create a lasting social impact on society through activities such as volunteering and fundraising.

André has always been passionate about making a difference in the world. This passion led him to found Hope it up in 2017, where they helped companies easily track their impact while motivating employees to participate in social activities. In just one year, Hope it up had a significant impact on the community, connecting companies with different non-profit organisations.

In 2019, André took their passion for social impact one step further by co-founding Alaya. Alaya is a social enterprise that helps companies create lasting change by investing in social and environmental projects. Since its launch, Alaya has helped companies invest in over 100 different projects, making a lasting impact on the world.

André Abreu has a degree in Business Management from Ibmec and a degree in International Relations from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
