Madelyn Bader

Madelyn Bader has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Madelyn is currently working as the Global Talent Acquisition Operations Lead at Albemarle Corporation since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at XPO as the Lead Analyst for Talent Acquisition Operations from 2019 to 2023, where they were responsible for designing and deploying recruitment projects and systems. Before that, they held roles at Duke Energy Corporation, including Supervisor of Assessment Administration from 2017 to 2019 and HR Analyst from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, they have experience as an NFL Cheerleader for the Carolina Panthers from 2013 to 2016, and as an HR Representative at SilkRoad technology from 2011 to 2013.

From 2008 to 2011, Madelyn Bader attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources.
