Howard Williams currently holds multiple titles at Alectra, including Quality Assurance Supervisor, Customer Connections Team Lead, and New Connections Supervisor. Prior to joining Alectra, Howard worked at PowerStream Inc as the Acting Manager of Customer Care. Howard holds a degree from Humber College in the Ontario Management Development Program, and has previous education from Loyalist College and North Addington Education Centre. Howard is dedicated to providing excellent customer service in the utility industry.
