Adarsh Shetty has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Manager of Human Resources at Alembic Pharmaceuticals Limited since April 2017, where responsibilities include leading HR initiatives for over 900 sales professionals and managing campus recruitment across India. Previously, Adarsh held various HR roles at Alembic, including Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager, focusing on the employee life cycle and performance analysis. Adarsh also worked as a Recruiter at Coppergate Consultants, handling recruitment for BPOs and KPOs, and as a Senior Executive at Future Generali, managing payroll and compliance for employees nationwide. Adarsh holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from JBIMS and a Bachelor of Commerce from V.K. Krishnan Menon College.
