Sanja Milic

Sanja Milic has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Sanja is currently the Company Owner at VM Consulting since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Application Support Analyst at Alex Solutions, starting in July 2022. From May 2021 to July 2022, they worked as an Application Support Analyst at Trapeze Group, where they provided technical support for the PASS application used in transit and transportation management.

Before joining Trapeze Group, Sanja worked at NCR Corporation from 2017 to 2020. Sanja held multiple roles such as Software Support Analyst III, Software Support Specialist II, and Software Support Specialist. In these roles, they provided advanced software support for various Hosted products, specializing in Aloha Stored Value. Sanja also handled installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and training for various cloud-based Hosted Solutions products.

Prior to NCR Corporation, Sanja worked at Trizma as a Technical Support Representative for NCR Corporation. Sanja'sresponsibilities included providing problem resolution and support for NCR's products, specifically ALOHA software.

Sanja's work experience also includes a role as Trustee at CISV International from May 2008 to April 2015.

Sanja Milic's education history begins in 2010 when they enrolled at the Faculty of Law, University of Banja Luka. Sanja pursued a Bachelor of Laws degree and studied Law until 2021. Following their undergraduate studies, Sanja then attended UP FAMNIT - Faculty of Mathematics, Natural Sciences and Information Technologies starting in 2022. Sanja is currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science. In addition to their academic pursuits, Sanja has also obtained two additional certifications. In December 2020, they received a TESOL Certificate 120h from the International Open Academy. In April 2010, they obtained a certification titled "From Chaos to Community: Introduction to Kingian Nonviolence (101)" from The Martin Luther King, Jr. Center for Nonviolent Social Change (The King Center).
