Kristin Asgermyr

Kristin Asgermyr is an experienced legal and compliance professional with a robust background in various roles across multiple organizations. As of August 2024, Kristin serves as the Group Compliance Manager at Alfa Laval, following a position as Head of Legal & Compliance at Finshark, a licensed payment institution. Previous experience includes leading legal and compliance efforts at Plexian, and serving as Data Privacy Officer at Lund University, where Kristin implemented a privacy program for a large educational institution. Kristin has also held significant positions at Ikano Bank, where leadership over the legal department and establishment of an independent compliance function were key responsibilities.
