Ish Awasthi

Ish Awasthi is an experienced UX and product design professional currently serving as the UX Lead at Algoleap since April 2023, where responsibilities include establishing the UX practice and collaborating with CBRE on digital transformation projects. Prior to this, Ish held the position of Product Design Lead at LetsTransport, where the establishment of the design and research function significantly enhanced user experience for logistics solutions. As the Founder of Getaware from January 2017 to March 2020, Ish developed initiatives to improve patient treatment awareness, focusing on pediatric and cardiac cases. Ish's experience also includes a Project Executive role at ITC Limited, managing factory expansion and automation projects that improved productivity by over 20%. Earlier roles involved project coordination at Wrigley and training at Hindustan Unilever Ltd, focusing on production line setups. Ish holds a B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Technical University.
