Katherine J.

Katherine J. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent development and career coaching. Currently serving as a Global Talent Associate and Global Team Builder at Alight since June 2019, Katherine previously worked as an Independent Contractor providing job coaching services at Upwardly Global for a short period in April 2019. From November 2014 to June 2018, Katherine held the position of Lead Career Coach for Refugee Services at JVS Boston, where responsibilities included overseeing employment programs for refugees and cultivating employer partnerships. Katherine also contributed as a Career Coach and Vocational Training Instructor, coordinating training programs for diverse clients.
