Niko Chapman

Research Associate I at AlivaMab Discovery Services

Niko holds a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from the University of California, Santa Barbara. During college, he utilized multiple techniques to identify the key catalytic residues of—as well as short-lived intermediates in—the uric acid to allantoin pathway catalyzed by the enzyme urate oxidase. During his internship at ADS, he was introduced to both the process of antibody discovery as well as the utilization of biolayer interferometry to measure antibody kinetics and affinity.
