Eriangela Lugo has a diverse work experience spanning from 2004 to 2021. Eriangela began their career in 2004 as a Process Control and Information Application Analyst with PDVSA Petroleos de Venezuela S.A., where they were responsible for the installation, configuration, and support of software for real-time operations management. In 2018, they joined Travel Services as a Functional Analyst/Product Owner and an IT Services Management Analyst, where they were responsible for new developments, documentation and layout of new and existing services, and planning of tasks of new developments. In 2019, they joined Kapsch TrafficCom AG as a System Support Engineer, where they were responsible for 3rd Level Support Activities, Solution Design and Implementations for workarounds, Hotfix, and temporary Solutions, and Change and Release Implementation. In 2021, they joined Alizent as a Support Expert, where they provide level 1 and/or 2 Support customer service for solutions and products, and assists functionally and technically users with contractual commitments of the use of solutions.

Eriangela Lugo obtained their Computer Electronic Engineer degree from Universidad Yacambú in 2004. In 2021, they obtained three additional certifications from OSIsoft Learning: Asset Framework: Basics, Fundamentos del Sistema PI - [Sp], and PI System Administration: Basics.
