Ronan Philpott

Ronan Philpott is an experienced educational leader, currently serving as the Head of Operations and Head of Admissions at All Saints' College since August 2022. Previously, Ronan held the position of Director of Performance and Leadership at The Pacific Institute Australia, New Zealand & SE Asia from November 2018 to July 2022, where responsibilities included managing client agreements, business development, and coaching executive leaders. Ronan has a significant tenure at St Stephen's School from April 2007 to June 2018, progressing from Deputy Head of the Primary to Head of Primary, overseeing extensive budgets and strategic planning. Earlier experience includes a role at University College Cork as Post Entry Support Coordinator. Ronan holds a Bachelor of Education (Primary) from The University of Notre Dame Australia.
