Jaemi Taylor

Jaemi Taylor, a Managing Director based in Seattle, has more than 18 years of experience in identifying talented executives for organizations in various industries—including technology, consumer goods, retail, professional services, industrial/manufacturing, pharmaceuticals/healthcare, and not-for-profits—across the Americas, Europe, APAC, and Australia. Her diverse client base spans Fortune 500 companies through small to mid-sized organizations that are public, private, and private equity and venture backed.

With deep expertise in HR, an extensive HR network, and cross-industry global experience, Jaemi works as an extension of her clients and develops lasting relationships with those whom she partners. She believes in the power of communication and collaboration. Her ability to understand the needs of a client has allowed her to deliver best in class talent time and again.

Before joining Allegis Partners, Jaemi spent over three years with ChapmanCG, a specialized global HR search firm. There, she was a Managing Director leading senior executive HR searches for Vice President to CHRO level roles across the globe. Prior to ChapmanCG, Jaemi worked at Robert Half Executive search and led a broad executive search practice in the Pacific Northwest.

Originally from Canada, Jaemi has lived in the U.S. for the past 21 years and has called Dallas, Baltimore, and Seattle home. When not at work, she can be found enjoying time with her husband, friends, and family. She is an avid traveler and loves great food, wine, and laughter. Her favorite pastime is exploring the waters of the Pacific Northwest.
