Kate Downard

Kate Downard, Associate, specializes in building relationships with candidates across the United States to fill executive and senior-level roles within a variety of industries. She works closely with her Allegis Partners colleagues to find that perfect fit – for client and candidate.

Kate began her career with Major, Lindsey & Africa, the sister company of Allegis Partners, as an Administrative Assistant in 2015. After moving through the ranks, she was excited for the opportunity to join an emerging business line and expand her knowledge of executive research. After learning the ropes as a Research Associate, Kate made the move to Associate to further her career in executive search.

Kate earned her B.A. from the University of South Florida with a concentration in literature. She loves to garden, kayak, and hang out with her two dogs and cat. She keeps cool in sunny Florida by swimming as much as possible!
