Morgan Dever

Morgan Dever is a Director based in the Chicago office. She specializes in identifying high-caliber candidates across the United States to fill executive and senior-level roles within a variety of industries.

Prior to joining Allegis Partners, Morgan was an Executive Search Consultant at LaSalle Network and an Executive Search Associate with GattiHR before that. In these roles, she managed the recruitment process, screened and interviewed candidates, and performed industry research.

Morgan is a graduate of the University of Michigan. While earning her B.A. in English language and literature, Morgan played on the Division I field hockey team. She is a sports enthusiast and enjoys staying active through running and practicing yoga.
