Gary Penley

Director, Application Services at Alliance Enterprises, Inc.

Gary Penley has over 30 years of experience in the technology industry. Gary began their career in 1983 as Manager of Sustaining Engineering at Applied Microsystems, where they were responsible for product enhancements and bug fixes for hardware and embedded software, as well as managing the customer contact center. In 1987, they joined MorphoTrak as Senior VP of the State & Local Business Unit, where they managed Directors with P&L responsibilities in regions throughout the U.S. and was responsible for P&L, project management, and all operations relating to state and local government business. In 2009, they founded Penley Consulting while also taking on the role of Director of Application Services at Alliance Enterprises.

Gary Penley attended the University of Washington from 1977 to 1980, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
