Shikhar Kanaskar

Shikhar Kanaskar is a data scientist with extensive experience in leveraging data for strategic decision-making and business impact. Currently positioned at Alliant Credit Union since June 2023, Shikhar previously worked with Amway as a contract data scientist, leading a significant project focused on predicting business franchise performance, where advanced modeling techniques resulted in a 74% F1 score and influenced 32,000 franchises. Prior to that, at ZS, Shikhar partnered with leading healthcare companies to deliver over 12 data science projects, contributing to significant ROI improvements and operational efficiencies. Shikhar holds a Master’s degree in Business Analytics and Information Management from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Technology from Vellore Institute of Technology.
