Jeroen Kruisdijk has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Jeroen started their career as a Researcher at NYFER, Nijenrode Forum for Economic Research, from 1996 to 1998. Jeroen then joined Royal Netherlands Life Insurance as a Sales Manager from 1998 to 2003. Following that, they worked at Allianz Netherlands, where they held various positions including Marketing Manager, Manager Mortgage Services, and Manager Innovation from 2003 to 2007. In 2008, they joined Allianz and took on roles such as Head of Corporate Communication a.i., Head of Business Development, and Country Manager, Business Division Western & Southern Europe (incl. Africa). From 2014 to 2019, Jeroen served as Head of Strategic Projects Benelux at Allianz Nederland before becoming the Head of Strategy and Transformation Benelux. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Transformation Officer at Allianz Nederland, a role they have been in since April 2020.

Jeroen Kruisdijk attended ESMT Berlin in 2009, where they studied Finance for non Financial Executives. Prior to that, they attended HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht from 1992 to 1996, where they pursued part-time studies in Commercial Economics. From 1988 to 1992, Jeroen enrolled at Delft University of Technology, majoring in General Engineering. Lastly, they studied at Broklede from 1982 to 1988, although the specific field of study is unknown.
