Johanna Poertner

JoHanna Poertner is a dedicated professional with a strong background in communication disorders and special education. Currently serving as a Speech Language Pathologist at Ally Pediatric Therapy since July 2023, JoHanna also continues studies at Emerson College Graduate Programs. Previous experiences include roles as a Special Education Teacher in both Deer Valley Unified School District and Union Elementary School District, as well as a Habilitation Therapist at Absolute HCBS, LLC. JoHanna has also worked in various educational capacities, including a Student Teacher position while pursuing a Master's degree in Mild to Moderate Special Education at the University of Arizona. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Communication Disorders from Emerson College and dual Bachelor's degrees in Special Education and Rehabilitation, as well as Speech Language and Hearing Sciences from the University of Arizona.
