Michael Zozulia Mba

Michael Zozulia has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Michael currently works as the IT Director at Alma Lasers North America. Prior to that, they held various positions at CVS Health, including Process Innovation Senior Manager and Process Innovation Advisor, where they focused on developing digital solutions and leading collaboration efforts across operations, business, and technology teams. Before that, Michael worked at Sogeti as a Manager and Senior Consultant, where they engaged with a retail client to design and implement an e-commerce platform and provided development and testing support for an eCommerce platform. Michael also worked at Follett as an Engagement Manager / Scrum Master, QA Test Manager, and Business Analyst, where they performed tasks such as managing testing, supporting teams using JIRA, and overseeing release management. In addition, they worked as a Business Analyst at JLT Group, where they implemented various projects, including a secure online portal and an analytic data collection tool. Michael also spent time at Humana, where they held multiple roles, including Recruitment Lead and Technology Business Analyst, and at the Institute of Business Analytics (IBA) as an Undergraduate Student Advocate. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Té – Shurt and as a Production Manager at College Pro Painters. Michael also gained experience as an Intern at Deloitte Consulting LLP. Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated a strong focus on innovation, problem-solving, and driving operational improvements through digital technology.

Michael Zozulia, MBA, CBAP completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Law (Legal Studies) from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2012 to 2015. Michael then attended Concordia University Chicago in 2020, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to their university education, Michael graduated from Neuqua Valley High School in 2009.

In addition to their academic degrees, Michael Zozulia has also obtained certifications in the field of business analysis. Michael earned the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) in October 2021. Before that, they achieved the Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) from the IIBA in March 2018.
