Michael Zozulia has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Michael currently works as the IT Director at Alma Lasers North America. Michael Zozulia, MBA, CBAP completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Law (Legal Studies) from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2012 to 2015. Michael then attended Concordia University Chicago in 2020, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to their university education, Michael graduated from Neuqua Valley High School in 2009.

In addition to their academic degrees, Michael Zozulia has also obtained certifications in the field of business analysis. Michael earned the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) in October 2021. Before that, they achieved the Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA) from the IIBA in March 2018.
