Lauren Dietze

Lauren Dietze is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently, Lauren serves as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, overseeing HR initiatives for the global Technical Operations & Quality organization since May 2022. Prior to this, Lauren held several impactful positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance, including Assistant Vice President and Talent Advisor, where responsibilities included developing talent strategies for significant client groups. Other roles at Liberty Mutual encompassed managing special projects related to change management and strategic workforce planning, as well as overseeing structured development programs for new graduates. Lauren began a career in human resources with a comprehensive developmental program and also has prior experience in education and political internships. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Marist College.
