Nicole Jaquez

Nicole Jaquez is a seasoned professional in customer relationship management and digital marketing, currently serving as the Director of CRM & Loyalty at Alo Yoga since May 2022. Prior to this role, Nicole held various positions at GOAT Group, starting as CRM Manager and advancing to Senior CRM Manager between October 2018 and May 2022. Nicole's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at UPS, where responsibilities included managing digital marketing programs for over 4,700 retail locations and leading the national email marketing strategy from May 2011 to September 2018. Nicole holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Media Studies from San Diego State University.
