Jessica Jannarone

Jessica Jannarone has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership roles. Jessica is currently the Chief People Officer at Alpha Auto Group, where they lead the HR and People Development functions. Prior to this, Jessica held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Brink's Inc. Jessica also served as Vice President of People & Culture at Compass Group Canada and held various HR leadership roles at The Hershey Company, Luxottica Retail Canada, and News Marketing Canada. Jessica has worked in both the US and Canada and has experience with union and non-union facilities. Jessica began their career in HR at Cineplex Entertainment and BOSCH Automotive before moving on to Paramount Canada's Wonderland and MySpace Canada.
