Amit Anand

Amit Anand has a comprehensive work experience in the field of ASIC design. Amit is currently working as the Director of ASIC Design at Alphawave Semi since September 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles at Western Digital from 2016 to 2023, including Senior Manager of ASIC Development Engineering and Technologist. Amit also worked as a Senior Staff ASIC Design Engineer at Sandisk, a Western Digital Brand, from December 2016 to June 2017. Before Western Digital, Amit worked as a Staff Design Engineer at Freescale Semiconductor from 2013 to 2016. Amit also served as an ASIC Design Manager at Concept2Silicon Systems from June 2012 to April 2013. Amit's earlier career includes roles such as Engagement Manager at IBM from March 2006 to June 2012, Design Engineer at Conexant from 2004 to 2006, and Product Engineering Co-op at Cadence Design Systems from June 2004 to November 2004.

Amit Anand attended Kumarans from 1986 to 1998 and obtained their SSLC. Amit then enrolled at Vijaya PU College from 1998 to 2000, where they completed their PUC with a focus on Physics, Chemistry, Math, and Biology. Lastly, they attended Bangalore Institute of Technology (BIT) from 2000 to 2004, earning their Bachelor's degree (B.E) in Electrical&Electronics.
