Eiman Hassan

Vice President Program Operations at Alphawave Semi

Eiman Hassan's work experience begins with an internship as a Project Lead and Developer at The NRG group at Royal Bank of Canada in 1998. They then worked as an Analog IC Design Engineer at Lattice Semiconductor from 2000 to 2004, where they were responsible for circuit design and layout optimization. From 2004 to 2016, Eiman worked at Synopsys Inc in various roles, including Technical Project Manager for High Speed SerDes IP Portfolio and Senior MSIP Design Engineer. Their responsibilities included scheduling and tracking projects, managing resources, and conducting design review meetings. From 2015 to 2018, Eiman worked at Rambus as a Sr. Engineering Program Manager, overseeing the SerDes IP and SoC product lines. They facilitated collaboration between different teams, managed IP contracts, and ensured on-time delivery. Currently, Eiman holds the position of Vice President Program Operations at Alphawave Semi, starting in 2018.

Eiman Hassan obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto in 2000. In 2014, they also earned an SCS Certificate in Business Process Management from the same institution. Additionally, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2016, and has also received a certification in Business Process Management from the University of Toronto.
