Jonathan Guerard

J.D. joined Alpine Special Treatment Center, Inc. in 2016. He has over 7 years of human resources experience including developing HR processes and policies, compliance, employee relations, performance management, recruiting, benefits, compensation, and training.

His career has included human resources and management positions with large, mid-sized, and small healthcare facilities throughout Texas and California in both government agencies and for-profit organizations.

Before joining Alpine Special Treatment Center, Inc., J.D. worked for multiple VA Healthcare facilities where he served as the Assistant Director and Director of Human Resources and served as a senior advisor to the Executive Leadership in all aspects related to Human Resources and Labor Relations.

J.D. earned his B.S. in Kinesiology with a major in Applied Exercise Physiology from Texas A&M University and his Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University. He is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the American Society for Healthcare Human Resource Administration.
