Support Services Manager at Alpine Special Treatment Center

Kharisma joined Alpine Special Treatment Center, Inc. in 2014. She has over 14 years of managerial and operations experience including expertise in developing business processes and policies, financial performance and compliance, contract management, inventory, and supply management.

As the Support Services Manager, Kharisma’s responsibilities include overseeing the overall facility support services functions, including dietary services, building maintenance, and operations, environmental services, and appearance; while ensuring the proper operation of all equipment and machinery, as well as vehicles, exterior grounds and landscaping and maintenance of the facility.

Before serving as the Support Services Manager, Kharisma served as the Business Operations/Practice Manager for Complete Healthcare International based out of Singapore, was the Area Manager for Softbank out of Tokyo, Japan, served as a Human Resources Specialist for Barrett Business Services. Kharisma is a United States Navy Veteran serving four years as a Petty Officer Third Class.

Kharisma has received a Masters of Management International, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and an Associates in Computer Studies and will soon be adding a Project Management (PMI) Certification to the list.
