Jessica Mahon is the Director of Community Employment & Quality Assurance at Alternative Community Training. Jessica has over 19 years of experience in the human services field. Jessica began their career as a Clinician with the Virginia Beach Department of Human Services in 1999. Jessica remained with the department for over 8 years before moving on to their current position. Jessica is passionate about helping others and has dedicated their career to making a difference in the lives of those they serve.

Jessica Mahon received their Bachelor of Arts in Health and Human Services from Virginia Wesleyan University. Afterward, they pursued a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Career Planning and Placement for Youth in Transition from the University of Maryland.

Jessica Mahon reports to Don Lafferty, Executive Director. Jessica Mahon works with Cory Schlegel - Assistant Director for Career Services, Melody Troesser - Director of Financial Operations, and Carrie Griffith - Director of Day Services.
