Teri Figueroa

Teri Figueroa, MBA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training and quality assurance across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Training & Quality Assurance at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona since August 2020, Teri oversees the Quality Assurance, Workforce Development, and Knowledge Management teams. Prior roles include Senior Manager of Operations Quality Assurance at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, Operations Support Manager at Prime Therapeutics, and Performance Support Manager at Medica, where significant training and quality improvement initiatives were successfully implemented. Teri began a career in learning and development at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, where a diverse range of training methodologies was developed. An educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor's in Business from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul.
