Marly M Thompson

Marly M Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Marly M began their career in 2000 as an Office Manager at Inland Truck Parts Company, where they maintained accounting practices and supported company operations. From 2001 to 2004, they worked as an Office Manager and Staff Accountant at Diverse Construction, Inc., overseeing accounting practices and general office operations.

In 2004, Marly joined The J. Diamond Group DBA The Diamond Group as a Director of Human Resources, responsible for the administration and evaluation of the human resource function at corporate headquarters and contract locations. Marly M also served as a Finance Manager at Haney Electric from 2006 to 2009, handling general ledger and cost accounting practices and managing employees within the accounting department.

Returning to The J. Diamond Group DBA The Diamond Group, Marly resumed their role as Director of Human Resources from 2009 to 2011. During this time, they maintained document security, assisted with recertification audits, and handled all master files.

From 2012 to 2016, Marly worked as an Account Manager at Lonestar Association Management, and from 2016 to the present, they have been a Controller at Strong Group Inc. In 2018, Marly joined TheKey as a Home Care Provider, specializing in caring for patients with Alzheimer's and Stroke. Marly M'sresponsibilities included activities such as walking, cooking, laundry, and providing companionship.

Most recently, Marly started working as a Bookkeeper at D4 Construction Services LLC. in 2022.

Marly M Thompson's education journey began at Pima Community College, where they obtained an Associate of Business Administration (ABUS) degree between 1987 and 1989. They later pursued studies at Collin College from 2002 to 2003, focusing on ACCT (Accounting). Finally, in the years 2010 to 2012, Marly attended The University of Dallas to delve into the field of Human Resources.
