Head of Customer Success & Customer Support at Alva Labs

Christopher Warren-Gash has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Christopher is currently the Head of Customer Success & Customer Support at Alva Labs, a position they have held since March 2021. Before that, from 2020 to 2021, they served as the Managing Director at Locpin, a company that provides enterprise-grade software solutions for logistics and field service companies. During their tenure, Locpin received the 'Best Location Solution for Field Service Firms, 2021' award.

From 2017 to 2019, Christopher worked as the Head of Customer Success at Swogo, where they played a key role in driving performance and delivering growth for retail leaders in over 30 countries. Prior to that, from 2016 to 2017, they held the role of Customer Success Director - Implementations at Triptease, a Series B funded SaaS company, where they restructured the software go-live process and implemented a reporting framework and forecasting model.

Christopher's experience at Triptease also includes working as the Customer Success Director - Strategic Accounts from 2015 to 2016, where they managed strategic accounts, led a team of Customer Success Managers, and defined the customer lifecycle and value proposition. Christopher started their journey at Triptease as a Customer Success Manager from 2014 to 2015, managing a portfolio of clients across EMEA and the US. Additionally, they served as the Community Manager from 2012 to 2014, where they created and delivered an influencer management strategy and managed all customer service and community management for the B2C launch.

Before joining Triptease, Christopher contributed to the 'Entrepreneurs' section of Forbes.com from 2012 to 2013 as a Contributor/Writer. Christopher also worked as a Sales Manager at Languatics, a global provider of language immersion courses, from January 2012 to July 2012. In this role, they led partnership negotiations with schools and developed a sales and marketing strategy to target students.

Christopher's career started at Gelato (formerly Optimalprint) in 2010, where they served as the Corporate Sales Manager. Christopher was responsible for establishing and growing the B2B Corporate Sales presence in the UK and managing customer communications in Spanish, Portuguese, and some UK B2C customers. Prior to that, they gained work experience at Allen & Overy, a Magic Circle firm, in 2007.

Christopher Warren-Gash completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from The University of Edinburgh in 2010. During their time at the university, they focused on studying Spanish. In 2008 and 2009, Christopher took a year abroad and studied Latin American Literature at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Recently, in 2021, they pursued further education at ThePower Business School and obtained a Business Expert degree. Prior to their university studies, Christopher attended Hampton School from 2001 to 2006, where they achieved 5 A-Levels.
