Pearl Sheerish Anca is a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Alvaria, Inc. since January 2023, with previous experience as a Technical Support Engineer and Cloud Analyst at Genesys from April 2019 to October 2022, specializing in SIP, System Administration, and Cloud support. Prior to that, Pearl served as a Technical Support Specialist at Fonality Pty Ltd, focusing on phone systems for Connect and PBX customers.
