Shannon Johnson

Shannon Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. They began their career as an Information Management Technician at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in 1999. They then worked at TCS Management Group as a Technical Support staff member before joining Aspect Software in 1999. At Aspect Software, Shannon held various positions, including Senior Program Manager, Principal Program Manager, and Manager of Program Management. They also worked in Technical Support Engineering and served as a Sr. Customer Installation Consultant during their time at Aspect Software. In 2021, Shannon joined Alvaria, Inc. as a Senior Manager of Program Management before being promoted to the roles of Senior Director/Director of Program Management and Vice President of R&D Operations.

Shannon Johnson attended Middle Tennessee State University from 1995 to 1999, earning a B.B.A in Computer Information Systems. Then, from 2002 to 2004, they enrolled at the University of Phoenix to obtain an M.S. degree in Computer Information Systems. Shannon has also acquired several certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP)® from the Project Management Institute in November 2016, SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2015, and Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in 2013.
