Dhara Amin

Dhara Amin has an extensive work experience, beginning in 1996 with a Summer Intern role at Merck. Dhara then went on to pursue a PhD at Yale University School of Medicine from 1996-2003, during which time they were also a Research Fellow at Harvard University/Children's Hospital. In 2008, they became an Associate Specialist at UCSF, and in 2013 they took on an Adjunct Faculty Member role at University of San Francisco. In 2014, Dhara Amin began working as a Researcher at Genentech, and in 2019 they became a Senior Scientist II at Exelixis. Most recently, they were appointed Associate Director at Ambagon Therapeutics in 2022.

Dhara Amin received their Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from Mount Holyoke College in 1996. Afterward, they attended Yale University and obtained their PhD in Molecular Cellular and Developmental Biology in 2003.
