Anna Bugrina

Anna Bugrina has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. In their most recent role as HRD at Frikadelkin.ru, a food tech delivery start-up, they focused on expanding the business globally. Prior to this, Anna was an HR Team Lead at AMBAR SOLUCIONES SA. Anna also worked as a Business & Performance Coach and Agile coach as a freelancer. In their previous roles, Anna held positions such as Head of HR and corporate coach at Oloniya, Head of HR at Mind Analytics, and Recruitment, Training & Development Specialist at Jungheinrich España S.A.U. Anna also worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Institut Marquès, where they handled full cycle recruitment and talent acquisition. As a freelance HR Consultant, they provided solutions for startups and optimized recruitment processes for US companies. Anna's earlier career includes roles such as Recruitment, Training & Development Manager at L'Oréal and Director Deputy of Kaluga Branch Ekoniva Technika at Ekotechnika AG.

Anna Bugrina obtained a Master's degree in Master en técnicas de gestión de Recursos Humanos y Relaciones Laborales from Universitat de Barcelona in 2013-2014. Prior to that, they earned another Master's degree in Business Management from ESERP Business & Law School in 2012-2013. Their undergraduate degree in Economics with a focus on Finance, International Management, Accounting, and Analyzing was obtained from Rostov State Economic University (RINH) in 2006-2010. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications including Certified Trainer in Development and Transformation Programs from Human Development Academy in 2022, AGILE FUNDAMENTALS from netmind in 2019, Coach nivel ACTP from TECOI - Escuela de Coaching Integral in 2019, and Certificado de Análisis de Perfil Personal (APP) DISC from Thomas International in 2017.
