Jim Jagjivan

Head of Customer Success at Amber Energy

Jim Jagjivan has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Jim began their career in 2006 at British Gas Business, where they held various roles such as Key Broker Manager and Channel Manager Housing Associations. Jim then moved on to British Gas as the Regional Sales Manager and later as the Head of Commercial Diagnostics Manager. In 2014, they joined RWE npower as the Business Intelligence Manager before transitioning to npower Business as the Resource and Operational Effectiveness Manager and later as the Project Delivery Manager.
