Jess A. has worked for a variety of companies since 2013. Jess began their career as a Medical Records Clerk at Clarient Diagnostic Services- A GE Healthcare Company in 2013. Jess then worked as a Temporary Assistant at Nelson\Nygaard Consulting Associates in the same year. In 2015, Jess A. was a Public Works Resident Services for the City of Cerritos and a SAT Writing Instructor at UC Campus. In 2016, they CoFounded Merpster. In 2018, they CoFounded The Liturgists Singles Community. From 2019 to 2020, Jess A. worked at Universe as a Support Operations, at Gorgias as Manager/ Team Lead, Advanced & Enterprise Success and Customer Success Manager, and at Threads Consulting Group as Operations, Customer Success. Jess is currently a Customer Success Manager at Ambi Robotics since 2022.

Jess A. completed a Bachelor's degree in Political Economy from the University of California, Berkeley and also attended Cerritos College, studying Economics.
