Amalia Dina

Amalia Dina has extensive experience in human resources, spanning various roles and companies. Amalia currently works as the Global Director of Corporate Human Resources at Amcor since May 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the People & Culture Director for Global Duty Free at Philip Morris International from March 2019 to April 2020.

From July 2015 to March 2019, they held multiple roles at Swarovski, including Director of Global HR Business Partner for Consumer Goods Business and Head of Human Resources for the b2b Europe/Africa region. In these positions, they worked closely with senior leaders to design and implement comprehensive HR strategies, support global leaders in their roles, and drive positive changes in people management.

Before joining Swarovski, Amalia worked at Amadeus IT Group as a Human Resources Manager for Markets in Central, Eastern, and Southern Europe from September 2009 to July 2012. Their responsibilities included providing HR guidance to commercial organizations in multiple countries, implementing HR strategies, and participating in compensation and benefit activities.

Amalia's earlier experience includes working as a Human Resources Consultant at MGI METRO GROUP IT from June 2008 to August 2009 and as a Recruitment and Employer Branding Executive at Danone from June 2005 to June 2008.

Throughout their career, Amalia Dina has demonstrated their expertise in HR management, business partnering, talent management, and change leadership.

Amalia Dina has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Academy of Economic Studies Bucharest, Romania, which they earned from 2001 to 2005. Amalia also holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, completed from 2014 to 2016. In addition, they participated in an Executive Development Program in Organizational Leadership at Hult Ashridge in 2014 and 2015. Most recently, in 2022, they attended an Executive Development Program at Hult Ashridge focused on Executive Development.
